Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to create an outstanding guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patio, and service areas.
Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
Promote featured menu items, craft beers, cocktails, and brewery products.
Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.

Qualifications
Previous serving experience is preferred.
Bartending experience is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of craft beer, brewing styles, and local beer culture is an asset.
Must have a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A dependable team player who is willing to support coworkers during busy periods.




Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Must be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, carrying heavy trays, and regularly serving tables on both the main floor and upstairs.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
