As a truck driver within the Pomerleau civil engineering & infrastructure team, you will have to work closely with all workers to ensure the coordination of the work. Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars - you will have the chance to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites.

What You Will Do

Driving a transport truck

Transport the equipment to the requested locations

Optimize your journey so as to be effective

Maintain your truck by performing daily inspections and report any problems or repairs required

Safely load and unload construction materials

Respect local and federal regulations regarding driving and transportation

Collaborate with other members of the site team

Adhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards

Work as a team,



maintain a pleasant and trusting working climate, communicate effectively with colleagues and other shifts on the site

Perform all other related tasks related to operations

This Role Is Made For You If You Have

A valid Class 5 driver's license

A valid CCQ card (occupation)

ASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 card

A minimum of 3 years experience in off-highway truck driving
