Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of abilities case management processes
Implement educational programs for workplace equity
Ensure compliance with HR and safety legislation
Provide consultative support to staff and supervisors
Assist with workplace modifications and return-to-work plans
Requirements
Degree in human resources or related field
Minimum five years’ experience in abilities management
Relevant certifications like CDMP or CRTWC preferred
Experience navigating multi-union settings
Solid advocacy for equity and safety standards
