You will lead teams, mentor staff, and engage in business development activities, requiring a CPA designation or LLB and substantial tax experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead due diligence for both sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Analyze and propose tax-productive structures for transactions
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service




• Mentor less experienced team members and facilitate learning
• Actively engage in private equity business development

Requirements:
• Completion of CPA designation or LLB
• Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax program
• Minimum of six years in a tax-focused skilled role
• Proven experience with M&A; transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
