Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced stylist to join our team for 3 to 4 days per weeks as a contractor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services while providing outstanding customer care. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best in a serene, eco-conscious setting.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and treatments with precision and creativity
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station adhering to strict sanitation protocols
Upsell retail products such as organic hair care and styling items to enhance client results and satisfaction




Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships
Support retail sales goals by promoting product lines aligned with the boutique’s organic philosophy

Skills
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to salon environments
Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine client relationships
Solid retail sales skills with a focus on organic beauty products
Effective front desk management including scheduling and client engagement
Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to eco-friendly practices

This role can be either hourly or commission based, depending on the contractors preference.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
