As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will help facilitate smooth operations in our busy restaurant environment.
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with reservations, take-out orders, or inquiries about the establishment.
Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, including menus and service areas.
Assist in managing wait times effectively, providing updates to guests as necessary.
Assist service team with table maintenance, food running, and floor support.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a love of creating connections.
Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
