We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented vinyl Flooring Installer to join our energetic construction team. Duties
Install various flooring types including hardwood, vinyl with hand tools and power tools with precision.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and flooring installation plans to ensure accurate project execution.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary materials to create optimal conditions for flooring installation.
Measure spaces accurately using tape measures and layout tools to determine material quantities and cutting requirements.
Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely when required for large-scale or complex installations.
Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, project timelines, and material ordering to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields.
Robust ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.
