In this role, as a Health Care Aide, you will be essential in delivering comprehensive and secure resident care as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will utilize your observations and insights to assist in the Nursing Care Plan process, ensuring that all aspects of care are tailored to meet individual resident needs. Your role helps foster a nurturing and supportive environment for aging residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personal care and daily assistance for residents
• Alert nursing staff to any changes in resident conditions




• Support residents' mobility and community involvement
• Participate in cooperative care discussions for Nursing Care Plans
• Identify and report safety concerns affecting residents

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program with 500 hours of experience
• Proven experience working with seniors
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Ability to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
