Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate customer agreements efficiently
• Oversee compliance with financial and privacy regulations




• Manage security governance and assurance activities
• Develop a team across legal and compliance functions
• Identify automation prospects for legal processes
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in legal and compliance
• Hold an LL.B. or J.D. degree
• B2B SaaS or fintech experience highly desirable
• Proven track record in leading and nurturing teams
• Knowledge of applicable regulations like GDPR and SOC 2
