In this critical role, you will partner with operational leaders to implement key health and safety guidelines within Amrize. A minimum of 5 to 7 years in heavy industry is required, along with a proactive approach to mentoring and coaching. Your focus will be on creating and delivering effective safety programming and compliance monitoring across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams on safety improvement processes
• Provide ongoing safety coaching to site personnel
• Assist in the development of safety training modules




• Manage claims and early return-to-work programs
• Promote adherence to health and safety standards

Requirements:
• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in heavy industry
• Demonstrated experience with safety in CNESST contexts
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
