Your main responsibilities
Interpret financial performance and highlight improvement levers
Support profitability through concrete and pragmatic recommendations
Structure, improve, and monitor administrative processes and internal controls
Guide a team and maintain a high level of engagement
Equip managers with useful decision-making indicators
Participate in budgets, financial analyses, and key projects
Support the organization in its changes and business priorities





What you need to succeed
A university degree in accounting
Significant experience in a financial management role
A credible leadership posture, capable of rallying and challenging when necessary
A strong ability to manage priorities in an evolving environment
Rigor, qualified maturity, and an excellent business sense
