As a founding engineer, you’ll lead technical discovery, manage proofs of concept, and streamline RFP processes. Working directly with executive leadership, including our founder, you will shape the Sales Engineering team while closing high-impact deals. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover technical needs
• Design proofs of concept aligned to prospect requirements
• Manage and respond to RFPs and security documents
• Oversee comprehensive handoffs from sales to onboarding
• Document and scale Sales Engineering practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS
• Proven technical lead on multifaceted integration deals
• Robust understanding of CRM data models, especially Salesforce
• Hands-on demo building and product configuration skills
• Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
