Lead underground infrastructure projects with a leading civil contractor in the Greater Vancouver Area. This role focuses on overseeing multiple projects while ensuring safety and efficiency. Our client is searching for a General Superintendent with over 10 years of experience in underground civil construction.

You'll support and mentor Site Superintendents and Forepersons, coordinating resources across multiple projects while ensuring compliance with MMCD specifications and safety regulations. Solid leadership and communication skills are essential to fostering relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and municipal inspectors. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for underground utility projects
Mentor Site Superintendents and Forepersons




Develop project execution plans with Project Managers
Coordinate resources and labor across projects
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality Requirements:
10+ years in underground civil construction
Experience with municipal underground utility projects
Knowledge of MMCD specifications and municipal standards
Solid project scheduling and resource planning skills
Valid BC driver's licence for project site travel Drive successful project execution and maintain high standards in safety and quality.
