A Day in the Life
Field Service Rep II provides technical support in the field on a variety of equipment, including installation, repair and testing.

Responsibilities

Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.

Performs maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software.

Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.

Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time.

Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordination with engineering field change.

Maintains effective customer communications and relations.

Provides onsite training of customer support personnel.

Salary Range
$55,120 - $68,900

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

High school diploma or equivalent (United States) or vocational/technical education or certification (other countries).
