Take on a pivotal Cash Application Specialist role at Antech, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics. Ensure accurate processing of payments and support our finance team in achieving excellence.
This role involves accurately applying customer payments, reconciling cash receipts, and addressing payment discrepancies. You'll work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve issues and maintain comprehensive financial records. Supporting month-end and year-end closings, you’ll play a key role in financial compliance and enhancing cash application processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply customer payments accurately across accounts
• Reconcile daily cash receipts to identify issues
• Investigate payment discrepancies and variances
• Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve payment disputes
• Prepare reports on cash application activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferably a degree
• 2+ years in a cash application or finance role
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or QuickBooks
• Solid attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
