In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations within barBURRITO’s thriving setting. A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting is essential, alongside a solid grasp of full-cycle processes, financial reporting, and payroll compliance. You’ll tackle complex accounting challenges ensuring our operational integrity and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle accounting across restaurant operations
• Generate monthly financial statements and do variance analysis
• Administer quarterly intercompany reconciliations
• Manage payroll functions and compliance accurately
• Facilitate year-end audit processes and documentation
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in QSR or retail
• In-depth knowledge of payroll and full-cycle accounting
