In this role at Indigo, you will be key to fostering authentic connections between customers and our brand. You will support store operations, conduct inventory, and curate personalized product collections. Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations before 5AM or after 10PM
• Conduct inventory and assist with product shelvings
• Enhance visual merchandising in alignment with standards
• Create an inviting atmosphere for customers
• Actively engage customers and respond to feedback
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail preferred but not necessary
• Adaptability and willingness to learn daily
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor
• Capability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds
• Bilingual language skills in French/English mandatory in Québec
