As an Early Childhood Educator Floater at our BCITSA Childcare Centre, you’ll deliver individualized care to support healthy growth. You will cover shifts across centers and engage in activities while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Customize activities using inclusive practices for each child
• Promote safety and comfort during all activities
• Supervise children during outdoor activities
• Maintain cleanliness and inspect toys and equipment
• Support parents/guardians as primary caregivers
Requirements:
• Valid Early Childhood Educator license
• Criminal record check every 5 years
• Up-to-date First Aid Certificate
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform diverse physical tasks
• Knowledge of Early Learning Framework
