We're hiring a chef. One day a week. Mondays.

Manna & Co. is a chef-cooked, macro-tracked kosher meal prep company delivering across the GTA and Ontario. We cook the entire week's menu in one production day, and we need someone to own it.

THE ROLE

Every Monday, you run production in our COR-certified kosher kitchen in Toronto. Around 90-100 meals per cook right now, and growing. Set recipes, set portions. We need speed, consistency, and someone who takes pride in clean execution.

You'll handle:

- Portioning, traying, and sealing to spec
- Kosher kitchen protocols throughout
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized

YOU HAVE

- Qualified kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or meal prep)
- High-volume batch cooking under your belt
- Kosher kitchen experience, or the discipline to learn and follow protocols strictly
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to get it before starting)
