As part of the FCT team, your primary responsibility will be to process and review registrations for multiple provinces, excluding Quebec. You will handle risk identification while maintaining timely communication with lenders and internal partners. Strong attention to detail and customer service focus are crucial for your day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process mortgage registrations across several provinces
• Identify and address discrepancies in documentation
• Forward rejected documents to relevant departments




• Regularly review outstanding registrations in land titles offices
• Respond to inquiries on registration matters promptly
Requirements:
• Certification in Law clerk/Legal Administration or related experience
• Full time availability for 37.5 hours per week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
