Wessuc Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Operator to join their family-oriented team. This role requires effective communication with management and the ability to operate and maintain land application equipment. Your contributions will support cleaner, greener communities while ensuring safety and efficiency in biosolids application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate pumps for biosolids transfer to application equipment
• Manage productive flow of biosolids during applications




• Communicate issues and updates to supervisors and drivers
• Conduct regular maintenance on application equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to prevent breakdowns
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of agriculture industry experience preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus
• Valid G or G2 license with a clean record
• Safety certifications like Working at Heights are assets
• IT literate for data management across software
