You will lead the Mine Geotechnical program, engaging with both internal teams and external consultants to achieve compliance in geotechnical designs. Your solid problem-solving skills will be vital as you navigate the complexities of open-pit operations and actively participate in safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety leadership and environmental compliance
• Supervise and mentor geotechnical engineering staff




• Oversee dewatering installation activities
• Review consultants’ work for compliance with specifications
• Conduct inspections and manage asset budgeting
Requirements:
• Degree in Geological or Geotechnical Engineering
• Eligible for P. Eng. registration with EGBC
• Ten years of industry experience in geotechnical roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and geotechnical software
• Valid driver’s license essential
