Foundation Physiotherapy is seeking an Orthopedic and/or Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Etobicoke. This role is a replacement position with an established, active caseload.

Compensation & Growth Potential

Aim to earn $100,000+ annually (Full-time: 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention)

Compensation starting at $75 per client hour

Base hourly and base + commission models available during caseload build

Up to $1,500 per quarter in performance bonuses

Guaranteed yearly compensation increases*

Qualifications

Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)

Minimum 1–2 years of private outpatient experience preferred

Pelvic Health applicants must have completed or be registered in Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1

Responsibilities

Provide direct physiotherapy care as a primary care provider

Collaborate with the clinical team to develop effective treatment plans

Deliver an exceptional clinical and customer service experience

Build and maintain a loyal, engaged caseload

Recognize and initiate appropriate referrals

Support patient adherence to treatment plans
