Financial Systems Manager
We're seeking a Financial Systems Manager with deep NetSuite experience to lead and optimize our ERP platform across Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, and Distribution. This role is ideal for a finance skilled who has owned ERP implementations, driven process improvements, and served as the bridge between Accounting, Operations, and Technology teams.

You'll play a key role in ensuring NetSuite supports business growth, financial reporting, inventory management, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials.

Manage system configurations, workflows, dashboards, reporting, roles, and permissions.

Support core accounting functions including AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and saved searches.

Support month-end, year-end close activities, audits, and internal controls.

Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance across the organization.

Collaborate with Finance,



Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams on system enhancements and business process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience supporting financial and operational business processes.

Robust understanding of accounting principles including AP, AR, GL, financial reporting, and month-end close.

Experience supporting wholesale distribution, inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes is highly preferred.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
