We're looking for a Financial Analyst who combines solid accounting fundamentals with a passion for process improvement, systems optimization, and automation.

This role owns key components of the monthly accounting cycle while partnering with Finance leadership to improve reporting, streamline manual processes, maximize ERP capabilities, and support future finance technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who questions inefficient processes and enjoys building scalable, sustainable solutions.

What you'll do:
Manage reconciliations, revenue accounting, and month-end activities.
Improve and automate finance processes using ERP, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools.
Support reporting, analysis, and reporting requirements.




Help drive finance systems enhancements and future implementation projects.
Redesign manual transactional routines into standardized, technology driven processes with embedded controls and explicit documentation, using advanced modern Excel, SharePoint and Power platform.

What you'll bring:
3+ years of accounting, finance operations, or related experience.
Robust full-cycle accounting knowledge.
Demonstrated success improving or automating business processes.
Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
Experience with Dynamics GP, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint
