Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and self-determination
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and medication
• Perform lifts and transfers when needed

Requirements:
• Degree in Community Services or related field
• Full Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Adaptable availability, including weekends (2 per month)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with documentation and computer use
