We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multi-family residential construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple multi-family residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and municipal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership and senior management.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and approve invoices and progress payments.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams.
Qualifications Post secondary in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of project management experience in commercial or multi-family construction.
Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
Robust understanding of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
Experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
