Become a part time Occupational Therapist with Side by Side Therapy in Thornhill. This position focuses on providing evidence-based interventions for children with Autism in their homes, available during flexible schedule.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will utilize your expertise to assess clients, develop customized treatment plans, and engage families in the therapy process. You’ll be responsible for ensuring effective interventions are executed while closely monitoring clients' progress against established goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide thorough assessments to inform intervention strategies
• Design individualized treatment plans with evidence-based methodologies
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and goal achievement




• Evaluate client responses and progress toward goals regularly
• Coach families on how to support their child’s development

Requirements:
• Prior experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders in children
• Valid registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Proof of skilled liability insurance is necessary
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Additional certifications in First Aid, CPR, and CPI are recommended
