Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care according to Care Plans
• Communicate any changes in resident health promptly
• Oversee and mentor non-regulated care staff

Requirements:
• Current LPN Certificate and CLHA registration
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
