Join Side by Side Therapy as a part time Occupational Therapist specializing in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Toronto. Deliver essential home-based interventions on adaptable schedules.

This independent contractor role at Side by Side Therapy is specifically for talented Occupational Therapists focusing on the developmental needs of children diagnosed with Autism. You will work closely with kids and their families, designing individualized treatment plans and utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's needs. Your ability to actively coach families will be key to achieving client-centered goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform home assessments using standardized tools
• Create tailored treatment plans based on proven methods




• Actively engage with families for effective therapy
• Coach and support caregivers through the process
• Assess ongoing effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience with Autism in children and teens
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Proof of liability insurance and valid driver’s license
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screen required
• First Aid, CPR, and CPI certifications are a plus
