As the Equipment Fleet Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Logistics, playing a critical role in the company’s asset optimization strategy. Your expertise will guide the planning, controlling, and evaluation of fleet activities to ensure maximum equipment performance and sustainability. The role encompasses supporting cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement standardized asset management practices • Work with procurement to select the best assets • Advise on timing for asset disposal • Facilitate mobilization and demobilization of equipment • Analyze KPIs for performance assessment
Requirements: • 10+ years in fleet management • Ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as required • Previous construction site experience is a plus
