In this full time role based in Calgary, you will oversee vital accounting functions, contribute to financial statement integrity, and provide training for the Finance team. Your role also includes collaborating with program managers on budget development and ensuring best practices in financial administration are maintained across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the Finance team in daily operations and projects
• Review and issue monthly financial statements to stakeholders
• Manage the annual corporate budget preparation process




• Ensure punctuality in accounts receivable billings
• Lead financial training sessions for managers and directors

Requirements:
• Commitment to Christian values and mission alignment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with government regulations for charities
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
