Take on the role of Information Management System Admin Support Specialist for Hexagon SDx and Smart Foundation. This hybrid position includes system management, user support, and application troubleshooting.
In this role, you’ll administer and monitor SPF/SDx applications, ensuring data integrity and configuration. Your responsibilities will also cover deploying and maintaining integrations with various engineering tools and troubleshooting issues collaboratively with developers and vendors. Supporting users through training and enhancements will be integral to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and monitor SPF/SDx application health and backups
• Configure and test SDx settings for operational efficiency
• Maintain data mapping and integration with design tools
• Manage application issues through ticketing system
• Provide ongoing user training and daily support
Requirements:
• College diploma in technology field and 5+ years experience
• Hands-on proficiency in SPF mapping with SPID and S3D
• Solid understanding of SDx configuration principles
• Familiar with Intel hardware platforms and Windows OS
• Proactive communication and organizational skills
