Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care plans
• Facilitate admissions and document client health information
• Lead and mentor healthcare aides and other staff
• Address and report resident care issues promptly
• Integrate education into care for clients and families
Requirements:
• Current registration as an RN with CARNA
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Recent experience in senior care or palliative settings
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting
