Meridian’s Wealth team is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to help Members navigate their financial aspirations. You will engage in effective discovery meetings to create actionable plans, ensuring client trust and satisfaction. Your collaboration with various financial specialists will enhance the value provided to every Member, while also contributing positively to Meridian’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess Member needs
• Collaborate effectively with various internal partners
• Create comprehensive plans focusing on education and investment




• Provide education on wealth management products
• Monitor and adjust plans as Member circumstances change

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of relevant financial experience
• Required to hold IIROC licensing; PFP or CFP
• Expertise in wealth management and investment strategies
• Excellent client communication and engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
