Maximize project execution and governance as the Director of Process Operations - Enterprise PMO at Arc'teryx based in North Vancouver. Spearhead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. This strategic leadership role is designed for a seasoned qualified who will own enterprise project governance, ensuring that projects are efficiently prioritized and executed.

You will work across multiple business units to modernize project management tools, implement performance metrics, and enhance collaboration across the organization. Your ability to transform operational challenges into structured solutions will be key to this role. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks
Align enterprise-wide project priorities with organizational goals




Lead communication in executive forums to update project statuses

Requirements:
12+ years of PMO leadership experience
