This leadership role requires expertise in electrical design, team management, and strategic business development. You will contribute to the strategic direction and performance of projects, ensuring the Energy & Resources division excels in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations from proposals to project delivery




Enhance client relationships while managing expectations

Ensure staffing strategy meets client demands across regions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering
10 years in electrical distribution design
10 years of team management experience
Eligibility for registration with EGBC
Valid Canadian Driver’s License
