We’re partnering with a well-established, Canadian manufacturer of highly engineered-to-order capital equipment to find their next Head of Sales.
This is a key leadership role for a hands‑on, commercially driven sales leader responsible for building and driving a high‑performing sales function aligned with the company’s growth objectives. This leader will own a personal book of business while leading the sales team and bringing the structure, discipline, and process needed to scale revenue across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or a similarly complex B2B setting — with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution in a relationship‑driven, customer‑first culture. This role is based onsite in Scarborough, ON, with travel required to support key customer relationships in the field.
