• Manage operational issues in all stores within the district
• Oversee rentals, delinquent tenant actions, and store maintenance
• Evaluate property performance and effect strategic changes
• Ensure adherence to corporate marketing and operations plans
• Hire, train, and evaluate performance of store teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferred
• Extensive experience in team leadership in retail or service
• Demonstrated excellent performance track record
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software
