Lead TELUS Digital's Platform Engineering as a Senior Director, either remotely or from our Vancouver or Toronto offices. Shape cloud solutions and engage deeply with enterprise clients.

In this pivotal role, you will articulate the vision for Platform Engineering while managing P&L; and building a culture of excellence. Your leadership will guide the engineering practice, foster strategic relationships, and drive initiatives that meet the evolving needs of clients in the cloud landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set the strategic vision for cloud and engineering capabilities
• Directly responsible for P&L; and practice growth
• Develop essential relationships with channel partners and clients
• Invest in and promote cutting-edge technologies




• Embed an engineering culture focused on quality and learning

Requirements:
• 12+ years in technology consulting, with at least 3–5 in leadership
• Proven P&L; accountability in consulting settings
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud-native technologies
• Robust track record in generating business leads
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture engineering teams
