As a key member of the maintenance team, the Electrical Controls Programmer will leverage top-tier troubleshooting skills to minimize production interruptions and enhance safety. This role requires expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens and Allan Bradley, paired with a robust understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic interfacing. Your contributions will directly impact productivity improvements across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop machine control hardware and software • Troubleshoot PLC-based production equipment effectively • Complete electrical design and drawing packages • Communicate results concisely with teams • Participate in Pre/Post-Design reviews
Requirements: • Technical diploma in a relevant field • Experience with PLC programming, specifically Siemens and Allan Bradley • Robust problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • Previous die cast machine experience preferred
