As a Deputy Charge Nurse, you'll bring specialized skills to our Haemato-Oncology unit at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This full time position demands robust chemotherapy experience and the ability to lead a team effectively. Your role includes assessing patient needs, managing budgets and audits, while ensuring high-quality care for patients through their cancer journey.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide clinical leadership for evidence-based care plans • Maintain patient records per NMC guidelines • Empower patients in health and lifestyle decisions • Ensure compliance with NHS policies and legislation • Support staff and manage team dynamics

Requirements: • First Level Registered Nurse with 3+ years post-registration experience • Experience in chemotherapy administration • Relevant post-registration qualifications in specialty • Proven ability to manage patient care effectively • Willingness to pursue further training as needed
