Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance operations for diverse properties
• Supervise Assistant Supervisors and technicians effectively
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently




• Delegate hands-on repairs, including plumbing and electrical
• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as needed

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant maintenance experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Skilled in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Understanding of safety regulations is essential
• Certification from a trade-related field preferred
