Lead the Nuclear Quality Program at Aecon, ensuring compliance and governance across all nuclear projects in Canada. This senior role focuses on quality assurance and risk management in highly regulated environments. As the Director of Nuclear Quality, you will oversee the implementation of Aecon’s comprehensive Nuclear Quality Program.

This role emphasizes leadership and oversight for Project Quality Leads, ensuring a consistent application of quality controls across all project phases. You will also interface with various stakeholders including clients and regulators, aiming to safeguard nuclear safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain alignment of quality programs with CSA N286 and regulations
Lead development of graded quality frameworks for projects




Provide direction to site-based Project Quality Leads
Oversee project-specific Quality Plans and inspection strategies
Support audit preparations and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years in quality or engineering within nuclear industries
Proven experience with CSA N286 Nuclear Quality Programs
Solid background in managing multi-site quality frameworks
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
