Your role will involve leveraging AI tools and best practices to automate processes and translate complex data into valuable insights for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and manage member data across retirement programs
• Develop and maintain reporting and benchmarking models
• Coordinate with insurance carriers for retirement quotes
• Identify prospects from plan performance analyses
• Partner with leadership on client communications and strategy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in data analysis and financial services
• Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization software
• Foundational knowledge of retirement programs
• Experience with AI tools for effective analysis
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing materials
