Role Overview
As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform high‑quality cardiac imaging and support providers in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cardiac ultrasound and Doppler diagnostic testing
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during procedures
Ensure accurate imaging and adherence to clinical protocols
Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for patient care
Support efficient clinic workflow and patient experience
Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education – Required
Technical training in cardiovascular technology, sonography, or related ultrasound field
Education – Preferred
Associate’s degree in a related science field
Experience – Preferred
Experience in echocardiography
Licensure / Certification – Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) within one (1) year OR RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) within one (1) year
