We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliances, and project accounting for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, RERA norms Real estate , NGO experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Management Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Finalize accounts and prepare periodic financial statements.
Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for audit processes.

TDS & GST Compliance Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filings (26Q, 26QB, Etc.).
Apply appropriate TDS rates under Old and Current tax regimes.
Handle GST computation, input credit, return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Etc.).
Manage GST on project collections, advances, and RCM-related transactions.

RERA Compliance Support Manage project funds in compliance with RERA.
Assist in documentation and fund withdrawals based on project progress.
Support quarterly and annual RERA reporting requirements.

Project/Unit Accounting Calculate unit costing based on carpet, built-up, and super built-up areas.




Support tax computation and invoicing for unit sales.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Legal teams for project-related accounting.

General Accounting Process vendor and contractor bills.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Income Tax and Skilled Tax.
Prepare MIS reports on project collections, cash flows, and taxation.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance functions
Demonstrated expertise in TDS, GST, RERA and day-to-day accounting operations
Preferred Skills Expertise in TDS, GST, and RERA compliance.
Strong understanding of real estate project accounting.
Hands‑on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP, TDS Software.
Positive communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance.
