As the Senior Property Manager, you will take charge of rent collection, operational costs, and client relations while mentoring property managers and site staff. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring compliance and strategic guidance for various projects and property needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned properties and portfolios effectively
• Ensure oversight of operating expenses and cost management
• Facilitate rent collection and manage any arrears
• Lead in purchase order processing and contractor oversight
• Handle maintenance management and work order administration
Requirements:
• 5+ years in managing private and non-profit residential units
• Familiar with RTA, HSA and Cooperative Bylaws
• Experience with property management software like YARDI
• Proven staff management and conflict resolution capabilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
