Lead strategic fundraising initiatives as Director of Fundraising Events for WRHNF. Oversee community engagement, sponsorships, and event execution to enhance donor relationships and revenue growth. In this leadership role reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will guide a team of Managers and Coordinators.

You'll develop and implement an integrated strategy for WRHNF’s signature events and community fundraising efforts. Your focus will be on cultivating donor partnerships and securing sponsorships while ensuring each event delivers meaningful impact and aligns with broader organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a multi-year fundraising event strategy
Establish annual revenue and engagement objectives




Cultivate and steward corporate sponsorships
Oversee event planning and execution processes
Monitor and evaluate fundraising trends and best practices

Proven experience in fundraising and event leadership
