Provide expert counsel in personal lines as an Insurance Advisor with ONE Insurance in Manitoba. Help clients secure the best insurance solutions while building solid relationships.

As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you report directly to the Regional Manager. You will be responsible for guiding clients on their insurance needs while managing an established Personal Lines Book of Business. Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in the insurance industry to excel in providing skilled and comprehensive advice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve established growth and sales goals each year
• Actively prospect for current customers and leads
• Ensure retention and management of Personal Lines Book




• Conduct policy reviews and manage documentation flows
• Assist with Autopac transactions and related duties

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in the insurance field
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License required
• Experience with EPIC and additional insurance lines desired
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Effective in communication and teamwork
